If these formalities have not been completed, please indicate their status and what document you propose that we sign in the meantime. 5. CONTRACTS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS • Available drafts of the reservation agreement, promise of sale and final contract, with all annexes. • Terms concerning delays, refunds of advance payments, penalties and changes to the price, floor areas or project. • Details of the account holder and account to which each payment is requested; for advance payments under the promise of sale, information about the separate account dedicated to the project. • Documents concerning any guarantees offered for amounts paid. 6. PROJECT FINANCING AND ENCUMBRANCES • Information about mortgages or other encumbrances over the land and project. • Available terms and documents from the financing provider for the sale and release of the apartment from encumbrances. • Information and documents concerning litigation, challenges to permits, enforcement proceedings or other known issues that may affect the project. 7.
