Off-plan apartment · initial review
Initial review before commitment or advance payment: 500 lei, VAT included. The same client may request a full review of the same completed apartment for 250 lei, VAT included, once, within one calendar year (12 months) of delivery of the initial report. A request recorded in time retains the price even if admission, payment or the report follows later. This is optional and separately contracted and paid, with no automatic charge. Both reports are personally reviewed and approved by the lawyer.
Request the optional 250 lei review within 12 months of initial report delivery. After the original case’s 90-day access period, contact contact@la-rece.ro for a restricted continuation invitation after identity verification. This does not reopen the old report or extend the one-year archive.
The fee applies to one apartment. Each additional apartment requires a separate case. Parking, storage and land/common-area rights bought with it remain in the same case, including with separate cadastral numbers.

- Legal review, a tailored document request and a report personally reviewed and approved by the lawyer, with signing lists adapted to the relevant agreement, separately for the seller and buyer.
- What is not included
- No on-site inspection, structural or cadastral expert assessment, valuation, or separate tax/accounting advice. Relevant tax documents for signing form part of the legal review. The initial off-plan review neither guarantees project completion nor confirms the physical state of construction.
- Service deadlines
- Exactly 168 hours for additional documents from publication of the approved request. You can close the case early. The report is due within 48 hours of case closure, including weekends and public holidays.
You pay after minimum-document admission and acceptance of the individual agreement and terms. The service may begin after verified payment, at your express request, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. See withdrawal conditions.
